What is Snas?
Snas is an email-based AI assistant that polishes rough emails and sends them to preconfigured mailing lists after you approve them.
What does Snas mean?
Snas is an Irish word meaning polish.
Do I need to know how to use AI?
No. If you can use email, you can use Snas.
Do I need to use a special email programme?
No. Use the email programme you already use, such as Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail.
Where do I send my emails to be snased?
Send your draft email to our dedicated snas email address, available to you when you sign up.
How many messages can I send a month?
You can send messages to up to 10,000 recipients per month.
How do I choose a mailing list?
Put the list name at the top of your email, for example Members:. Include the : at the end of your list name or wrap your list name in (brackets).
What happens if I don’t specify a list?
The message is sent to all of your configured lists.
What if I forget my list names?
Send an email containing Lists: and Snas will reply with your available list names.
How many lists can I have?
You can have as many lists as you like, but with most things less is more, if only to keep organised and on top of things. Subject to a fair use policy.
Can I import lists via CSV file?
Yes, but they must be opt in subscribers only, not purchased, rented or scraped etc email addresses.
Can I put a subscriber widget on my website?
Yes, we have a list subscription widget you can use on your website which can be customised to match your site.
Can my subscribers unsubscribe?
Yes, there is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every Snas list message you send that unsubscribes the recipient from that list. If a subscriber is on multiple lists they will need to unsub from each list.
Does snas.app send emails automatically?
No. Snas prepares and polishes your message, but waits for you to reply Yes before sending it.
Can I send attachments?
Yes, snas.app supports attachments for most popular file types. It is best to keep file sizes down to a minimum when sending group emails.
Can I embed images in my emails?
No, snas.app is a deliberately lean service. If you need a more traditional Email Newsletter service we recommend the Done-For-You Managed Email Newsletter Service by partner site ClickAndSend.biz
Who can send through Snas?
Only authorised senders can send messages through your configured Snas account.
How many authorised senders can I have?
You can have up to 3 authorised senders.
Do I need to remember a password to set up my lists & senders?
No. Snas uses a secure Magic Link. Just enter your email address and Snas sends you a link to sign in to set up your lists and approved senders.
How much does Snas cost?
You can try snas.app free for three days. Your first paid month is €7.50 and it is €9 per month thereafter.
How do I sign up to snas.app?
Use our secure Stripe payment page. Payment is available exclusively by partner website ShopStreet.ie.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Simply email us and we will cancel your subscription immediately. As our services are billed monthly, cancellation provides us with up to 30 days’ notice and your service will continue until the end of your current billing period. Please log into our app for details.
How do I arrange a meeting to discuss snas.app and our emailing requirements?
